Job Details
The Program Manager will be helping and supporting manager with business as usual initiatives.
Company is looking for someone located on East Coast in NJ or NC.
This role is hybrid--in office 2 days per week and remote 3 days per week.
The Program Manager will also be acting as a Project Manager, at times, and must have PMP certification and, also, CSM.
Must have background in software development.
Must have 7 to 10 years technical Program Mngmt experience
Must be collaborative, a team player, and reliab
Must be OK with on-camera virtual meetings when working remote
Must have knowledge in Waterfall
Jira experience is mandatory
Azure is a plus (Agile run in Azure)
Must be familiar with MS Project
Must have background in banking
Experience in projects or programs in HR, facilities, legal, internal audit, or procurement is a plus
